1. Gift Voucher Purchases

• Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed against food, drink, and services at The Flotterstone Inn.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will any change be given.
• The unique voucher code must be presented at the time of redemption.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

2. Delivery Policy

All gift vouchers purchased on this website are delivered instantly via email. No physical vouchers are sent by post unless explicitly arranged with the management.

3. Refund Policy

Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable once the transaction is complete and the code has been generated. In exceptional circumstances, please contact the management directly at info@flotterstone.co.uk.

For bookings or services purchased directly from the inn, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the cancellation notice provided. Please contact us for further details.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted on this website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Dojo. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Privacy Policy
